| Elk Island isn't as conservative as it seems. The Provincial Liberals own the northern half of the riding around Redwater and they won Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park in 1993. If the Liberals had a strong local candidate and Paul Martin for a leader, they'd have a decent shot here. As it stands, Epps will win a landslide. |
