a PQ with over 50% in the last election stands a good change of re-election.

The PQ enjoys strong support in the provincial ridings of Terrebonne and Blainville. It's an easy win for the Bloc.

Over 50%--but barely, with some spillover from Laval-style moderation around Lorraine and Rosemere, where the Grits weren't bad at winning polls. But the Grits can't knock the Bloq off in the rest, or at large. Wherever it's over 90% French and the growth rate is over 2.5% per annum, you know how they'll vote.
