The Tories are just mad about Saffron Walden, and Saffron Walden's just mad about them. True, Stansted Airport seems a prototypically New Labour/Cool Britannia icon; but for LD to have the upper hand over Labour and still be nearly 20 points behind is the kiss of death for any upset potential...
