19/04/01 NG Email:
Of all the Lib Dem MPs in South West London, Vince Cable seems to be in the strongest position this time round with a relatively healthy majority to defend. With an independent website now promoting tactical voting among Labour voters and with a reasonably squeezable Labour vote, Vince Cable is pretty likely to hold off a Tory upsurge.
13/05/01 VJ Email:
Dr Cable is the best local MP Twickenham has ever had, the conservatives should stand down.
