Labour pulled off an impressive swing here, last time. Its unlikely that the Tories will be able to overcome it, now.

Not as great as neighbouring Great Grimsby for Labour, it was Tory going into '97--and with help from a big swing, Cleethorpes now looks pretty safe, random local grumbling aside.
