In choosing to go to the Fermanagh and South Tyrone constituency for the manifesto launch, the party's leadership signalled it as one of its prime target seats in the 8 June election.
Sinn Féin also hopes to add South Down and North Belfast to its existing four seats.
However, on Monday, Mrs O'Neill was careful to avoid revealing how many constituencies the party hopes to win.

First of all it's very tough to find polling on this, so going off the last assembly results Sinn Fein increased its vote share and elected 3 MLAs in March. Gildernew is running again so I think she will end up winning but it's going to be very close.

LucidTalk, who has polled NI, put out a seat projection that suggests this seat will be the most competitive in all of Northern Ireland, effectively a toss-up between Sinn Fein and the Ulster Unionists.
