It isn't enough that ol'Pegleg bequeathed the mother of all separatist ridings; it's that he bequeathed it to the BQ answer (w/Pierre Brien) to the fresh young can't-knock-'em-out CA Snack Packers or the McKay-Brison-Herrons of PC.
