Looking at the results from the last election, the Conservatives won this seat by a large majority. For Labour to win, they would need to take a sizable number of votes from the Liberal Democrats, and a number of Tories supporters would have to stay home. Look for a Conservative victory. |

Labour did better here in 1997, but not well enough; although their majority was still cut substantially, the Tories enjoyed a comfortable win here. Likely to be the same again. |
