08/05/01 J Smith Email:
Looking at the results from the last election, the Conservatives won this seat by a large majority. For Labour to win, they would need to take a sizable number of votes from the Liberal Democrats, and a number of Tories supporters would have to stay home. Look for a Conservative victory.
09/05/01 Disraeli Email:
Labour did better here in 1997, but not well enough; although their majority was still cut substantially, the Tories enjoyed a comfortable win here. Likely to be the same again.
01/06/01 R Carroll Email:
Don't forget we have a UKIP candidate this time around, and with a largely right-wing populace this may well split the Conservative vote and let Labour in 'through the back door.'
