The LibDems have steadily been gaining strength in this seat for some time. Tory MP Edward Garnier only got 41% last time and would be vulnerable to a tactical squeeze. However, Labour have a young and ambitious candidate in Raj Jethwa and will hold on to their votes. |

This is the only Lib-Dem target for miles, and extra party workers should flock to the seat. Tactical voting should take off due to new web-sites and voter awareness. Charles Kenedy will not just be fooling around in The West Country! |
