Joel won that riding with a very small margin in 1999. I beleive the liberal candidate will win with a very small margin too in 2003. This is a traditional liberal riding, and Joel should have join the liberal caucus like some suggested. This is also the most rural riding in New Brunswick! |

The Liberals have decided to bring back out of retirement Frank Branch against Joel Bernard, the Brnach name is very well liked but this could be seen as too little too late for some voters.....close, but this seat not traditionaly Tory, will be hard for them to keep..... |
