| Comme la ville de Mirabel, avec ses électeurs francophones et péquistes, a été amputée de cette circonscription, le PLQ devrait obtenir dorénavant des majorités plus confortables dans ce comté où 19% de non-francophones font généralement pencher la balance du côté libéral. Réélection facile pour David Whissel. | |||

| Again, syllap has it right on the money. Now that Mirabel has been removed from the riding of Argenteuil Whissel will find it easier to win. Also, Argenteuil has been Liberal since 1966 -- and probably before that. Of course that may just be a Claude Ryan history rather than a PLQ history. Regardless, Whissell will be MNA for Argenteuil after the election. | |||

| David Whissell ne devrait pas trop avoir de difficulté dans ce comté, la ville de Mirabel étant maintenant séparé du comté d'Argenteuil...l'ADQ a nommé Sylvain Demers un représentant syndical chez GM, pourrait être plus serré que prévu, mais très peu probable, car le PQ ne sera plus un facteur dans ce comté..... | |||
