The fact that it mostly stayed PC in the Notley election (and that Foothills remained 'conservative' in the subsequent Prentice-replacement byelection) is enough reason to deem Rocky Ridge solid as, well, a rocky ridge.

An open Calgary riding and maybe more competitive than others but still likely to stay conservative. Also with news this week of a wildrose victory in Calgary foothills by-election it appears ndp momentum is over in Calgary and politics returning to normal here. Pat Kelly should be able to hold onto this riding for cpc.

There are competitive ridings in Calgary now, but this definitely isn't one of them, although I will say the Liberals have a very good candidate they have in Nirmala Naidoo, so I'll never say never but the Tories should hold this with no problem.
