The most vulnerable seat for the NDP in Surrey still looks pretty safe, especially with an incumbent running. There are too many competitive districts in Surrey for the BCL to devote resources here against an incumbent in what appears to be a safe district. I expect BCL Locke to finish closer to NDP Singh in the open Green Timbers district than BCL Parihar to NDP incumbent Bains here.

Definitely a riding a more popular BCLP could look to take, but the NDP incumbent is just too popular and the people here really love him. Easy BCNDP hold.
