I allowed for a *really* low victory share here, but the Bloc surge lay waste to that. And another case of a 2019-defeated Dipper (and 4th in a 3-way-battle-for-2nd situation) brushing himself off and trying again, and likely handing it to the Bloc once again--unless Jagmeet's as effective at conveying to voters that Blanchet is useless as Layton/Mulcair were at conveying to voters that Duceppe was useless. Long shot.
