| Does a BC Lib prediction for West Van-Cap really require an explanation? Does it really? I believe the governing NDP placed fourth here in the last election. (Sultan, Gambioli, Dalton, Lovick) This is the land of 7-figure homes. Approx. 30% of kids here are privately schooled. Imported cars appear to outnumber the domestics. You get the idea. The NDP's hoping to crack 10% this time, up from their last election's 6%. | |||
