I'll weigh in again, with a more concreete answer. While this should go Liberal, it won't. Not unless the polls change. This riding will elect a Bloc MP. |

Il s'agit ici d'une circonscription plutôt fédéraliste où le Bloc n'a gagné en 1993 que sur division du vote fédéraliste entre conservateurs et libéraux. Quant à la victoire de David Price chez les conservateurs en 1997, elle était davantage dûe à un vote pour le chef Jean Charest que pour le parti lui-même. Pas fou, M. Price l'a bien compris et s'est empressé d'aller chez les libéraux pour se faire réélire en 2000... Il n'y a aucune raison que le PLC ne l'emporte pas cette fois encore. |

Nick, this riding has a much complicated history that you can see from the number from 2000. David Price was one of those rare Tories that was elected in 1997 and subsequently crossed the floor with Diane St. Jacqeue after Jean Cherest stepped down. I am really not sure your random predictions with merely numbers are of any help to this project. |

I'll be the first to weigh in here. This riding seems like an easy Liberal win, but with the polls showing the Bloc in the lead across the province will make this one hard to win. |
