A little incredible to think that this gave the best Bloc result among the Ile de Montreal's northern tier of seats--though it's also a ghostly reminder of how the Bloc actually *gained* Bourassa in '93. (However, that was a different big-tent Bloc under Bouchard, Bourassa was not quite as ‘Allo’ at the time, and it went into '93 as a Mulroney Tory seat--had it been Lib-incumbent, it would likely have stayed so.)

Comme beaucoup de circonscription à Montréal, celle-ci est rouge foncée, particulièrement dans les secteurs plus à l'est qui comportent des communautés ethniques bien implantées. Dubourg n'aura aucun mal à se faire réélire.
