I happen to think that the stool would probably need three legs to win, but I won't disagree that this is a safe BC Liberal seat. Newish suburbia crawling up the mountain slopes, this is the heart of federal Tory James Moore's riding and the sort of prototypical centre-right riding that barring a major political realignment is going to keep voting BC Liberal.

It's a slam dunk for the Liberals here. Westwood Plateau + Burke Mountain = need I say more. This riding is to the NDP what Port Coquitlam is to the Liberals - a lost cause.

BC Liberal slam dunk they could run a two legged bar stool in this riding and win it. The wealthy west wood plateau and the new burke mtn area means this Liberal for a long long time
