It's happenstance that SRP wound up w/a rubber-stampy highest Liberal share in the land (then again, 62% isn't a terribly high ‘highest’ by past standards)--blame it on astronomic tallies in formerly ‘Rathika Dipper’ places like Morningside Heights; by comparison, they were closer to the 50th percentile in West Hill/Highland Creek/West Rouge, places where Reform could pretend to competitiveness in the early 90s. Of course, even that southern half would presently garner a Lib prediction as a standalone. The whole shebang: no contest.
